I booked 2 flights through Air Asia. From KL to Vietnam and back. I paid for the tickets. Now I need to make changes and the website will not let me in saying I don't have any tickets booked. It was charged in my credit card back in March and I already paid. I can't call because I am in the United States and I have heard that their customer center takes forever to answer a call.
