total scam artist, he ruined our bikes while taking them from Atlanta to California. when the shipment arrived, the bikes had fallen over and did extensive damage. At first Roger was apologetic and asked us not to go through insurance, then he avoided all phone calls and saying he hired another company to transport the bikes so we have to go over them.
