my card could not be activated and i was supposed to receive a full refund within 7-10 days. that was on may 1. today is may 19 and i still haven't received my refund. i have tried to get through to them and all attempts to talk to an actual person failed, i could only get an automated answering system. i live on a fixed income and i need that money to pay my monthly bills which is what i was going to do with the card. this delay is absolutely unnecessary. read full review »
