I have scheduled appointment twice now, and for the last time, with Sears Home Service Repair. Both times the technician never showed up at the scheduled "CONFIRMED" time for maintenance on a home appliance. Their customer service line is manned by reps who DO NOT speak the English language clearly, and have absolutely zero training in core customer service.
