In November of 2007 I entered into a 2-year cell contract with Qwest for $25 per month guaranteed for life. A year later Qwest sends notice that they are RENEGING on THEIR contract and quitting the cell phone business. On April 4, 2009 I called Q to changes some services, spent 3.5 hours on the phone, was HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES, didn't get anything done and basically ruined my day.
