After reviewing your site as well as consumeraffairs.com, it is rather obvious that there is a serious problem with this company. I have fallen victem to the same scam, just like so many others. Complaint details? I concur with all of the postings that I have read as my complaints are the same. The only positive I had was dealing with Ray in the King of Prussia office.
