I ordered a Snuggie 2 1/2 months ago. It never came. After hours of trying to talk with someone at Snuggie, they had no record of my order so said it was never placed. Now, 2 1/2 months later, I get an email that it is being shipped and they charged my credit card! Can you just charge someones credit card without their authorization? I don't think so!!!
