We ordered the FREE bottle of Acaix and did not see any terms of receiving more product, but within the week we received a full bottle and a charge of $88.55 to our account which we did not approve. We returned the unopened product and called the company and they said they would refund our account. We kept checking and they said it had been done and would be back in our account by May 15, 2009. Guess what, we are still waiting. We called again today (May 19, 2009) and was informed that it would be another ten days.
