VERY rude to people even when YOU INITATE the call. I called to see who they were - but they insisted I verify my ssn first. I told them I would NOT until I had some idea of WHO I WAS CALLING!! They stated that they would route the call to whoever they had to to get to me - and hung up. They also stated I had TWO options, bring my account current or pay it off.
