Lucille Roberts has found a loop hole in the law. They are ripping unsuspecting consumers off. You sign up for a 1 or 2 year contract, then when your time is done if you do not contact them via mail or 212-734-9717 they will start billing you monthly. Here's the kicker as long as the contract is a month or less the do not need to notify you of your renewal, they will just automatically bill you on a monthly renewal after your initial contract is up.
