This car-stealing (and no, it isn't slander, it's the truth) piece of work borrowed money from me with lies stating that his family and son were going be hurt if he didn't come up with money. I accepted the terms of an easy pay plan to repay the money. As of yet, this thief still owes me $12, 500.00.
