We purchased an item form a company called TigerDirect.Com. through the Bill Me Later section. We waited and waited for the item for nearly 2 months and never got the item. We called UPS to track the item down and it said the item was delivered. After numerous investigations we were told that the driver had signed the delivery notice and never delivered the item. UPS sent the claims money to TigerDirect.com to reimburse them for the claim. They in turn were supposed to send the moneys to Bill Me Later to settle the account.
