I just got off the phone with Capitol One and I was out of work and called in Jan if there was anything to help me out with. Nope. They closed my acct because I told them I was out of work, then in the mail today My Apr went from 8.9% to 23%. That was great to kick someone when they are down. I will never use Capitol One again.
