I was going to work for 6:30 in the morning, I live 15 min. away from the store. I ordered a tea, when I recieved it the cover was not on it good and it spilled over me. I told them, they did nothing I even paid for the tea. I had to go back home and change up and was half and hour late for work not counting the time it took me to get back home.
