DTE has been charging us for their appliance protection insurance since 2006. We moved out of the home that they are charging for services at Jan 6, 2006, and demolished the home in Jan 2008. We called continuously and emailed them for 6 months straight for them to cancel the appliance protection. They are charging us for 6 months service at a home that we didn't even live at. We are currently in the process of building a new home at that site and they have now tacked on $143.70 for services that they never rendered. read full review »
