Approximately eighteen (18) months ago I took a ring into Mr. Geller to be duplicated. He quoted a cost of $1200.00 of which I paid down of $600.00. Since Mr. Geller had only overheard my conversation with one of his sales representatives, the ring he crafted was a large man’s ring rather than a petite woman’s as I requested. He agreed to reduce the ring he had made. The ring was still very large and unsatisfactory.
