Well it's Valentine's Day and the worst one of my 40 years due to Oasis Florist in Reading Ohio. My husband was having flowers delivered for me and my daughter. At the insistence of the florist, he was going to have them delivered to work. My city was under a Weather Emergency today and my daughter's school was canceled.
