I would like to make a complaint about a Bed and Breakfast in San Antonio, TX. 78212. The Inn-Keeper was rude and unprofessional. The service was horrible, they charged me for two nights when I only stayed one, because the beds were rock hard, the walls were falling in and the area was in the projects, which we were unaware of until we got there. We were offered drugs the next morning at the bus stop two blocks from the Bed and Breakfast. I told the inn keeper that I would report him to the BBB and the chamber of commerce and said that he did not care. Please let me know what can be done. read full review »
