We hired these people back in August to help save our home. 8 months and $2000.00 later they were unable to assist in the modification of our home loan. I ended up doing the work on my end because they were not getting the job done to my expectations. Now that I have gotten our mortgage payments over $1000.00 less a month then they were originally I have called and left messages and sent several e mails requesting a refund of all $2000.00 be returned to us.
