ordered my StormCatcher in May of 2006. In September2006, 4 of the 5 panels were installed. the 5th was the wrong size. Two more reorders resulted in the 5th panel being the wrong size and to make sure that the next reorder was correct, they took one of the installed panels. In December I was called to let me know that they had not forgotten about me. The first 5 weeks of 2007, I was told that my order was completed but held by the manufacturer and that I would would be informed of my installation on February 9th.
