I purchased a headboard on line from a company called 'Crazy about kids.com'. I purchased this bed back in July of '06. They estimated the shipping would take 3-4 weeks. I waited the time and received nothing. I started getting nervous when I started calling and emailing the company, and could not reach anyone by phone, or to respond to my emails.
