Misinformation on cost, products etc. According to searches on this subject I found it has happened to many, many, many, many, many, many, many others and found so on a lot of different websites, many of the complaints were exactly what happened to me. The customer service rep and also her male supervisor would not help me execept with a 20% discount. I was suppose to be charged $29.95 and was charged over $129.95!
