Original Complaint: FairPoint Communications routed unwanted callers to our cell phone and was unable to correctly route our callers. This resulted in us getting dozens of unwanted calls from people that had been incorrectly directed to call our cell phone. For the people that were trying to call us, they received a message indicating that our phone line was not currently in service.
