There is a charge appearing on my credit card not authorized. When I called the number, they claim I used some software in 2006 and that they charge annually. I went through this same thing in 2007 and 2008; both times they told me they had cancelled the charge and I would not be billed again! So I have had to go through this same thing in 2009!
