Everyone makes mistakes; all companies at times have less than perfect customer service. But Pacific Sales, after several weeks, has not even responded to a letter a wrote them about a problem with my delivery. (They kept me waiting over six hours, telling me they were coming, and finally called to say they weren't showing up.) I keep getting a busy signal when I call them. It's too bad, because in the store I got excellent customer service. I hate to see another company go broke and put innocent workers out of jobs because of poor management. read full review »
