I purchased Surfaces brand carpet from Lowe's Home Improvement store on November 11th 2003, I was told on that brand of carpeting I would have a ten year warranty on the wear of the carpet and was told nothing else, three years later my carpet looks as if it is 20 years old carpet. After purchasing my carpet I also purchased a $250 carpet cleaner to maintain my carpets.
