I purchased a car that actually lasted a year until the transmission went out. I made arrangements to get the car fixed and told the finance company that I will be late with a payment because of the situation. The next thing I knew, my wages were being garnished and has been since August 2008. I only owed 3200 and it is now May 2009 and I have overpaid them.
