While I was going through a divorce I could not open any new accounts. I had been working for a copy that the pay checks were written on Fifth Thirds checks. For several months I would take my checks directly to the bank to cash them with no problems what so ever. The day I have very little time to waste they kept me there asking for 10 pieces of ID, called my work for verification and completely rude. I was about in tears by the time I left. I tried making several phone calls to the manager but not one return phone call. I proceeded to email of the website my concerns and not one follow up. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. read full review »
