I had to change bank accounts, and there was a lag time before I informed Time Warner Cable of my new account (for the purpose of paying my bill). In the meantime, Time Warner tried to withdraw money from my old account 3 times, and each time charged my account $15 fee, because it failed to withdraw money. It would have been more reasonable, had Time Warner placed a call to me to tell me about the problem, or canceled my service. Instead, Time Warner generated $45 in fees on my account.
