I've been banking here since 1992 a long time customer. When I went to deposit my check which was dated 10/5 and it was10/2, for the first time ever (and my paycheck comes from this bank) they told me no you have to wait till monday. Mary the assist manager she knows me for years. I went to my work and another employee who doesnt even have an account there, well they cashed her check no questions asked. I paid my bill in full my due date was may 3rd 2009. The money was posted april 30th 2009. They sent me a bill for 29.76 for a finance charge. I did call them and they tryed to say that the bill was for reaccruded finance charges. The reason was not lagit. The manager said he would credit the finance charge but I still think they were just trying to see if they could get extra cash from me. read full review »
