I too was scammed by Google. Ordered the CD for nominal cost. It came but I have not looked at it. My credit card charge came in today 5/20/09 with $72.21 on 4/14/09. I tried calling the "refund" number on my credit card, it was bogus. I found the CD and called that number. The person told me the charge was to access the Website. Didn't I read the agreement?" What the hell? Also, the charge for 5/14/09 had gone through and there was nothing I could do about it! He gave me a cancellation number. I also WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING over the internet again! I'm waiting for a Class Action suit. Isn't there something we can do? read full review »
