I spent over 12 K on kitchen cabinets and counter tops at Ikea, which has turned out to be a mistake and nightmare. The quality of the cabinets are what I expected for the low price, so that is not an issue. My issue is the ongoing incompetence throughout this process, and more importantly is the poor customer service provided by upper management when problems occur.
