I have had this telephone service for 8 or 9 years. I always pay my bill on time. I recently cancled my telephone service but quest continues to bill me for ATT long distance, which I never ever had. Att says quest ordered this in 2002, I never made a call but they billed me for one which they(att) removed but they said quest had to remove the long distance because they had ordered it. they continue to bill me even without the phone service.
