I purchase a muffin and iced coffee every morning at the same Dunkin Donuts located on Long Pond Road in Plymouth, MA. On two different occasions my muffin has been under cooked. I asked the girl to make sure my muffin was cooked this morning before she gave it to me and all I received was attitude. Then when I got to the window to pay they over charged me by .21 cents. When I told her that every morning I pay $3.24 she told me I was wrong and the price is the price. Nice customer service! In this economy I would want my employees to be nice to every customer and make sure that the food I prepare for them is cooked! What a way to start out a morning. read full review »
