Ordered a 46" Sony Bravia LCD that had free shipping form Sony Style. Sony used DB Shenker for delivery service and is supposed to be to your doorstep. We live in an aprtment and I spoke to the customer service contact for the delivery service when arranging the time and they assured me it would be delivered to my apt doorstep. Sure enough the deliver guy came and was going to leave the TV on the street. My wife had to beg him to help get it into our building lobby.
