Kept our laptop for over 90 days and denied all customer interactions from the techie pressed into salesperson due to high turnover (no surprise due to management behaviro) - 'go ahead and call again tomorrow -maybe we will have a salesperson hired by then and I can get back to pc repair' 'hard to get good help these days' Techie finally diagnosed two parts over $200 and told us to 'locate them on the web' and he 'would install them.'
