I have placed an order with Chesssets.com, which I believe is owned by Netshops.com locate in Omaha NE (the customer service said he cant tell me who is their owner). The order was placed over the phone on Feb 14th. I was charged $88.25 for overnight shipping (20% of the total purchase price). I received an email confirmation the following day (Feb 15th) stating that the 1 of the 3 items would be sent by 2 day ground, the other two items would be sent by the 20th.
