I have had trouble with my sleeping for nearly my entire life. I have never been a very deep sleeper and often find myself waking up several times in the night only to not be able to fall back asleep for hours at a time. With my chronic sleep problems, I don’t do very well during the day and I have been having a hard time keeping a job.
