This well-known company emailed me with an offer to return to their subscription service in exchange for free downloads of music. When I clicked on the link to read more about the offer, they automatically reactivated my account using past credit card information stored on their servers. They charged my credit card $9.99 without telling me that I was authorizing a transaction or explaining the full details of the agreement. The email link automatically activated the entire account and charged me without my knowledge. read full review »
