I was sent (and paid for) a free trial on Ivory Brites. Less than the specified 30 days free trial, I received another package and was charged $88.97 on my credit card. I won't pay this. I want to send my product back but the operator told me I had to email them. There is no where to email to and one operator told me to go to /cancel but when I went there it wouldn't let me in.
