Within the 3 business day (5/13/09)I mailed the cancellation notice. On 5/20/09 4:40 pm salesman called and wanted to pick up the KIRBY, he came over but did not have my Dirt Devil to return to me. I told him to bring my Dirt Devil back tomorrow and I would complete the exchange. He tried to tell me he would return my vacuum tomorrow I told him no again just bring mine back.
