I have been trying for 2 wk to get a hold of this co. They are supposed to call me back within 2 hrs. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. There is no way to leave a message, I've been put on hold for 1/2 hr, at which time I hang up out of frustration. I work also, so when they call back I may not be available. The number they leave is the general number and the whole process starts over. I'm being charged $5.96 for a collect call I did not authorize. I feel as though globaltelelink puts you through this frustration so you'll give up and pay. Which I refuse to do. Thank you read full review »
