My order of tea came but the box states that diabetics shouldn't use the product so I returned it with a letter of explation after trying in vain to use their telephone number on the box. Soon after, they sent another shipment unsolicited which I returned with a letter of explanation but both shipments were returned to me without any oral or written contact from them.
