Resort Equity Marketing called me June of 07. claiming they would be able to help me in selling my timeshare. They asked me for an up-front fee. I immidatley said i wouldn't pay upfront. so they went on about how good they are and that they had all of these guaranties. so then i finally give in and pay them $1095. then you have to call them every 90 days to tell them the property has not sold, which i believe that they should know if it was sold. but anyways after waiting for almost 2 yrs, they finally called me with an offer. i had the... read full review »
