Ordered the free trial. Knew that to cancel the trial had to call within the 14 days. Difficult to reach and not a free number. Put on hold 3 times once cut off, finally reached the company. Left 2 messages to have the call returned. No return call either time. There is a 15% restocking fee to return the item. If I had used it at all I could not return it and would be charged!
