Some time during the middle of the night our hot water heater ruptured flooding the kitchen and dinning room. I called the emergency number at 07:30 and the Technician stated someone would be out in the morning. Well it's now 1:21 and they still have not arrived. I explained I take care of an 89 woman who had a stroke and at the same time I had plans to go out of town.
