smartsavingscenter.com made these charges to my 16 year old daughter's account without her even knowing these were being made. she bought a perfume online from another website and somehow smartsavingscenter.com got ahold of her information and account # and started charging monthly fees until her account was overdrawn! We are now disputing these charges with our bank and who knows if we will get our money back. This is very upsetting that they can do this, rip off people with no consequences as they are still doing the same to other unsuspecting victims! read full review »
