I spent an hour on my cell phone trying to get this corrected. I got hung up on, they played like they couldn't hear me until I said I was making a police report. They refused to refund the charges and I did not order, authorize, receive ANYTHING. On 3/8/09 they took $6.99; on 3/23/09 they took $69.99, on 4/7/09 they took $54.98, and on 5/7/09 they took $54.98. A lady named Callista hung up on me after keeping me on the phone for 1/2 hour, then another person, a man, who would not tell his name told me to check with my post office, too bad no refunds, and hung up on me. read full review »
