I" HAD" OWNED A L2000 DIGITAL CAMERA, WHERE THE CAMERA WAS LOST BY UPS.I SENT IT TO SAMSUNG ON APRIL 24TH FOR REPAIR(only 3 months and of coarse not under warranty) they sent it back to me and UPS lost it.The main problem is no one is taking this seriously at Samsung.They keep saying that the package is being tracked(past 2-1/2 weeks) -It doesn't take that long!!now I am still without a camera--THIS COMPANY REALLY KNOWS HAVE TO PASS THE BUCK AND DROP THE BALL!!!
