We are air force and After we finally got our car to Germany..all our bill dates changed.. so we asked citi to change our payment date to the first of the month instead of the 23rd... the said it was fine.. and they cancelled our payment on the 23rd and our next payment would come out on the 1st of the next month.. we have our citi payment coming out of our state side bank along with our car insurance.. we have an allotment that goes into that account on the 30th of each month enough for each of those two bills.. another reason for the... read full review »

My husband is military and recently we got stationed in Germany when shipping our car that we had a loan with thru Citi we asked what we needed from them to ship the car to Germany.. they told us just to fax our orders.. so we did... we went to ship our car.. but couldnt b/c citi wouldnt approve it to be shipped b/c now they needed about 5 other papers... we sat in an office 6 hours away from home.. to try and ship our car that day.. citi promised as soon as they got the papers they would approve it.. well 4 hours later.. they still wouldnt... read full review »
